The AI features run on Claude, an AI service made by Anthropic, PBC, a third party not owned by AnesPilot.
- The Assistant opens in your web browser on claude.ai. You sign in with your own Claude account, and it uses your own Claude plan and usage limits. You must be 18 or older.
- What is shared, and with whom: text you type and files you add in the Assistant (such as lecture PDFs, forms or case notes) are sent to Anthropic to create your study guides, flashcards, exams or drafts. Anthropic handles them under its Consumer Terms and Privacy Policy. Your Claude account settings control whether Anthropic may use your chats to improve its models.
- AnesPilot does not receive what you enter or create in the Assistant, and nothing in the AnesPilot app on your device is sent there.
- Never enter patient identifiers: no names, dates of birth, record numbers, dates of service or anything else that could identify a patient.
- AI output can be wrong. Check everything, and follow your program's rules on using AI.
