Sources. AnesPilot's content is written in our own words from general medical knowledge and from publicly available sources. These include product prescribing information (drug labels), society guidelines and checklists (for example ASRA, AHA and the PONV consensus guidelines), and published references. These are named on the pages where they are used. Citing a source does not mean that source's author or publisher endorses AnesPilot, and we do not reproduce copyrighted textbooks, articles or figures.
Third-party trademarks. Drug brand names (for example Diprivan, Marcaine and Naropin), Claude and Anthropic, Apple, App Store, iPhone, Google, Google Play, and the names of professional organizations (such as AANA, ASA, ASRA, AHA and NBCRNA) are trademarks or names of their respective owners. They are used only to identify those products and organizations. AnesPilot is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them.
Your uploads. You are responsible for having the right to use anything you import into the App or upload to the Assistant, such as lecture slides or e-books.
Copyright complaints (DMCA). If you believe content in AnesPilot infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent:

Include:
- your signature (a typed name is fine);
- a description of the copyrighted work;
- where the material appears in the App (screen and section);

- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
We will review the notice and remove or change infringing material promptly.
